Membership Criteria and Screening Process
Membership in GDNAuto is open to any auto dealer, financial institution or investor seeking to buy or sell auto loans, provided they meet the criteria of our internal screening process.

Designed to ensure a trusted environment in which participants can transact, our pre-screening process utilizes an automated verification system backed by credit analysis marketplace leader Experian. We verify both the business profile and the business owner's financial status, and we deny membership to any applicant with a criminal record or a history of personal or commercial fraud.

By doing so, GDN ensures that only the most qualified applicants are allowed to trade on the GDN platform.

By registering on our site, you acknowledge that we will use the information you provide to request third party business profile and fraud reports in order to verify business information and to determine your eligibility to participate in the GDN marketplace.

We will not share this information with any third party other than as necessary to conduct our prescreening registration process. We base membership eligibility on various criteria including, but not limited to, the results of OFAC screening and the existence of bankruptcy filings, fraud claims, tax liens and valid business licenses.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any applicant's membership request regardless of the outcome of the criteria reviewed by us. We also reserve the right to revoke membership at any time if you fail to abide by our Terms of Use.

By submitting your request, you agree to the GDN membership registration process and have read and agree to the Terms of Use.

After submitting the brief application form and faxing in business and/or dealership license information, your application will be processed. Our internal review system generally provides an answer within 48 hours of your initial submission. You will be notified by email of your acceptance.
